IntroductionAs a Tier 1 EF&I Vendor for SBC for five years and currently AT&T, as well as other Telecoms. ECI Telecom Technologies (ECI) is currently focused on long-term profitability, growth, and diversification of revenue base through new service offerings. Based on the knowledge, expertise and experience of our Core Management Team, ECI believes that Warehousing/Value Added/Distribution Services is a viable added service offering in which we may additionally serve our customers. Customer SatisfactionECI Telecom Technologies has the capability to offer its customers a lower cost structure, lower return on investment hurdles, a local presence, flexibility, and an ability to customize competitive advantages to the supply chain. Our goal is to partner with OEMs to fulfill the need for local customization of product and customer service. ECI is well positioned to respond to special local operating environments. We envision our role as an important one to optimize local supply, reduce turnaround time on changes and modifications, consolidate orders between multiple supplier platforms, and provide flexible delivery and turnup. We utilize web-enabled tools to provide accurate, timely information on inventory levels, delivery status, and other performance measures. This latter capability substantially mitigates the customer's risk of using a small supplier in a very large supply chain.
